OUR MISSION

Our goal is to empower minoritized communities through sports in Bristol. Thus, we provide a safe and supportive environment designed to instil values, skills, and self-confidence in young people so that they can experience success at every stage of their lives.

200+

NextGen Circle reaches over 200 young people a week across Bristol. We are dedicated to ensuring that every young person can access our sessions.

74%

74% of participants are from Bristol's most deprived wards. We bring our session to hard to reach communities and empower through sports.

IMPROVES MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH

Playing with NextGen Circle gives young people the access to the many mental and physical benefits of regular physical activity, as well as providing a support network by welcoming them into the NextGen family.

BUILD STRONGER COMMUNITIES

All programmes* in NextGen Circle are free which ensures that no young person is priced out of play, and our sessions bring young people from a wide range of backgrounds together. This tackles the increasing social division in our city and teaches young people to play as a team and communicate more effectively.

TEACHES LIFE SKILLS

Sports is a reflection of the wider world – the lessons we learn on the pitch extend beyond the sidelines. By presenting the beautiful game as a microcosm of society, we are able to teach valuable skills to young people that will help them to achieve their goals throughout their lives.
